1.We do not receive invoices by mail or by another email address. If you do not send invoices to this special email address then you will not get paid in a timely manner.

2. Invoices are paid once per week. See FAQ's.

The Legacy Vendor “Working with Us” Creed: Vendors Must:

  1. Have a working email address.
  2. Have an email that you check frequently.
  3. Prefer to use email as main form of communication.
  4. Have a smart phone with email setup.
  5. Use text messaging on your smart phone.
  6. Be able to take pictures on your smart phone and email them.
  7. Must be licensed and insured.
  8. Understand that we don’t send or receive ANY paper documents.
  9. Agree to send invoices to our legacy-ppm@bill.com email for prompt payment.
  10. Accept our invitation to get paid electronically.
  11. Agree to our terms and conditions.
  12. Read our FAQ’s to fully understand our process.

How do we get paid?
If it’s the first time you send an invoice then we will send an email invitation so you can get paid electronically. You get paid faster directly into your bank account without having to deposit checks. All bills are paid once per week regardless of when they are received during the week. We always check on work completion before checks are written and released. We make every attempt to pay our vendors as quickly as possible; however, at times we are limited by the account reserve of the homeowner our payments may be delayed as we collect funds from the homeowner to cover the balance.
